With every passing day we all are thinking more about what are we doing, why are we doing and why are we not doing something? Have we ever been this hard on ourselves before and then on top it, we all being paranoid about the “COVID 19” and things revolving around that.

Being a part of that world I mean being a part of that 70% who is already fed up with the “VIRUS” one hand people talking about how are we going to emerge out this and how there will be a turn around to almost each and everything in this world. A new world will emerge when all of this ends. People are going get married at an extensive rate, people are going to get divorced with an extensive rate. This lockdown seems like a deal-breaker and maker for each one of us and it all depends on how are we going to look at it.

Let’s focus on something which is a need of an hour and like I was talking about it being hard on ourselves. ANXIETY levels are shooting up, Loneliness and feeling incomplete by being locked at home. At what level are we? The feeling of being uncertain about when will this end. Even being unsure about the personal and professional life as well.

With being uncertain about the things we also fall in the group of being sceptical enough about each and everything that we listen and we do and slowly and steadily we are becoming a hoarder of all the wrong facts/speculations that are been spoken.

Maximum of the search results are ending to how to send time, how to connect with an old connection, how to win back your EX. Everyone is trying to follow all the trend that is getting trended from #DalgonaCoffee to making FOOD to cleaning utensils. Each one of us is trying to make a space for our oneself amidst everything happening around. Does it matter when you are feeling anxious or these temporary solutions come handy to you and certainly stop feeling or thinking about being anxious? Right?

Every time you are turning on to an article about how to thrive during the quarantine. How to keep your mental health at pace. At least some of us end up doing few things out of it and some of them are

In this highly interconnected time, it is not that easy to stay from the news and it is a need of an hour to understand the difference between SOCIAL DISTANCING and EMOTIONAL DISTANCING. Social distancing is for body and emotional distancing is for the mind. The current situation has become very overwhelming for some people and to keep everything under control, they are becoming more stressed out and anxious. Being flexible and adaptable to the current situation is what is required which means do not try to control everyone or everything is the only reliable solution.

Quarantine is nothing else but a time where you should live the way you want to and not how other people are living. Lockdown is a BOON for your health, mental health and all the things you have been looking forward to doing. This is the time where you and hustle and sit back, relax at the same time and this time is not going to return no matter how much pissed we might have been till date. We are really going to miss this time. So why no make the most of it the way you want to…
